Many Filipinos look forward to Noche Buena because of the lechon or the ham. But for me and Geoffrey, Noche Buena means tasting Apple's Potato Croquette. It's only this time of the year when Apple prepares our favorite potato dish. Apple's Croquette is a deep fried potato shaped as a disk and filled with minced meat and cheese. It is soft and creamy - cheese and meat flow in your mouth when you bite it. Croquette is delicious especially when accompanied with Novellino's classic sweet red wine.
